The Stack-Fold Strip-Till unit pairs strong high-grade beams with the precision needed to prepare clean tilled bands for planting. With grease-free self-lubricating bushes, it offers dependable low-maintenance performance. The stack-fold layout supports easy transport and quick field setup and handles up to 12 or 16 units depending on the beam configuration. It forms consistent strips that warm quickly, improve seed placement and support healthy early growth. The Stack-Fold Strip-Till system ensures smooth stable and efficient operation across varied field conditions.

Developed for accurate strip preparation and reliable field performance, the Stack-Fold Strip-Till unit provides strong frame support with consistent tillage depth and clean band formation. It suits conservation-focused farming practices and delivers steady operation in different soil conditions, supported by proven engineering and real on-farm testing.

FERTILISER APPLICATION

Fertiliser application is done through a 16mm
tine made from Hardox 450 that is also hardfaced
for increased durability. The tine has a
a maximum working depth of 250mm and a
maxiumum break-away force of 500kg.

TINE’S HYDRAULIC BREAK-AWAY ACTION

The hydraulic pressure on the tine assembly is
adjustable through the use of an accumulator.
The positioning of the hydraulic tine within the
parallel link (which is also adjustable) can also
act as a mechanical down/up force on your
seeding unit.

CUTTING COULTER
Coulter is fitted with a spring-loaded cutting
coulter (Ø560) and can be adjusted with ease
(Different coulter options are available).

SEEDING
70 Litre seed hoppers with steel lids as
standard with the option of a central
seeding alternative.

CLOSING SYSTEM

Choose from our various
closing wheel combinations.

DOWN-FORCE/UP-FORCE

The DF / UF system is controlled from a
cab mounted touch screen with in-time
adjustment and data display.
